Overall Satisfaction with Splash Event Marketing Platform
It's being used within my department for internal company events. It addresses the need to send out a stylized, attractive invite, track replies and responses, follow up by email, and track attendees on the night of the event.
- Create a beautiful invitation that is attractive to the target audience
- Track opens and attendees
- Send follow up emails to employees (reminders)
- The design interface could allow for more customization
- The design of the emails could be easier to follow
- It would be great for the administrator to be able to edit invitations / responses more easliy
- We are not using it for client-facing business, but rather for internal employee-focused events.
- There has been no effect on ROI, but there's no doubt that it increased employee engagement.
- Employees love to receive an invite that is custom-made, well-designed, and impressive.
The only other event platform that I used was Eventbrite.The huge advantage of Splash was its design capabilities. Eventbrite gives a very generic invitation, whereas Splash is much more versatile design-wise.
