Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
I work remotely 2 to 3 days a week. Splashtop makes it possible to remote access my main computer at the Retail store location using a laptop at my home office.
- I very rarely have an issue with connectivity.
- Remotely, I can access my dual monitors in the store.
- If need be, I can remotely print from home a report for a team member at the store location.
- Sometimes there is a latency between in printing to my remote location printer
- I am able to successfully work remotely
I am very comfortable with the security of the software. I also like that I am able to work remotely and "block" my screens so that someone in the store is not able to view the confidential data displayed on my monitors when working remotely.
My local company that I use for all of our computer needs installed the software and ensured that software was configured to suite my needs.
