Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop

We are just a small company. One person uses access to the server from different locations.
  • quick access
  • always works without issues
  • cost less than comparable providers
  • better help at the beginning
  • email support should answer questions
  • I'm not able to listen the answering machine on the remote computer
  • Accessing my server from different places helps a lot
To connect is not the issue. The Issue is to get the answer from the support team.

After onboarding (can be improved) the access to the remote computer is always very quick and reliable. What I'm missing is help on how I can listen my answering machine. The support team should answer specific questions from my experience.
