Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop

We have offices in several states. We use it integrated with Atera to monitor and provide remote support
  • Enables you to remotely control computers with the agent already installed
  • SOS remote controls outside computers.
  • Very low resource workstations sometimes are impossible to connect with the installed agent.
  • It allows a central IT department to support a very spread-out business. It wouldn't be possible to support the remote offices without it.
Honestly, in two years I've never needed to call them. So I really don't know. However, that's a good thing.
We use it integrated with Atera. It looks secure to me.
Again, we use it with Atera. The Splahtop piece was pretty much automatic with installing the Atera agents
Yes - It replaced what consultants were using. Kasea I think

We actually use Atera and Splashtop in a fairly unusual way. We use it for internal support. I don't know why they don't sell it like that. It works great.
