Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
We use Splashtop organizationally to remote access our client's computers. We do this to quickly address any problems the client has on their computers without having to make an in-person visit. Its easy for the client to set up, and for us to link it to our account. We've found that Splashtop is the most latency-free solution out of all remote software options.

- Audio streaming to end computer sometimes is a bit buggy.
- Ease of use for both our clients and our staff.
- Saves time/money on in-person visits to alleviate problems.
They offer two-factor authentication via the authenticator of your choice. They also go a long way to ensure each device is set up properly (via MAC address) to ensure account security.
I was able to get remote desktops set up within 1 hour, and our 4 other desktops running within 2!
