Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
We use Splashtop for all our remote support. It makes remote support easy by allowing us to remotely screen share and guide our clients through solving issues in real time. Splashtop SOS is a fantastic product with a very low entry for the end user. We have looked at several remote support software over the years and Splashtop is by far the easiest one to guide our client through the installation and setup prior to doing a remote session. The software is fast and responsive.

- Easy management of unattended access machines
- Multiple platforms (support mobiles devices as well desktops)
- Could always be faster (better with low bandwidth connections)
- Give you more unattended clients at the base level
- Better documentation for initial security setup for new OS's (eg Mac OS Ventura)
- Reduced overall support costs
- Increased client satisfaction ratings
The security implementation is fine, but since I don't have a comparison on the security front this is difficult to fully answer
Super easy and quick onboarding, but from the Business setup side as well as the end user side
Yes - Connectwise. Splashtop was less expensive and easier to onboard client with.
