Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
Splashtop Enterprise is being used across our entire organization for remote access solutions. We recommend Splashtop Enterprise for clients for their work from home needs. Splashtop Enterprise is also great at remote management of a business's computer systems, allowing for simple windows update management, file management, endpoint security monitoring. The SoS tool allows for quick remote support for those who don't want a monthly fee for remote management.
- Managed remote access.
- Endpoint monitoring.
- On-demand remote support.
- Great user-interface.
- Poor handling of low speed internet connections.
- Random disconnects (happens with all remote software).
- Latency can be annoying at times, but usually clears up.
- Higher ROI compared to competing remote tools.
- Simple integrations in almost any business environment.
- Easy to begin working so you can handle more clients with less time needed per job.
Simple two-factor authentication that is not a pain to use. Requiring device verification for new logins is a great security feature to prevent unauthorized logins. Encryption is strong enough for most business use cases and they don't sell your information to the highest bidder!
Getting set up with Splashtop Enterprise was a breeze, it took less than an hour to get onboarded and operational with a host of licenses. This made the migration from a competing remote provider simple and able to be done with some simple scripting.
Yes - We replaced LogMeIn Central with Splashtop Enterprise for our remote needs. LogMeIn went through a series of buyouts and they kept removing features and charging more for less service. After using LMI for years I'm very happy I made the switch over to Splashtop for my company's remote management needs.
