Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
Used in Water & Wastewater to verify online data and alarms on a real-time basis. Used to control some systems from remote locations to test components and compare actual data. Prior to having Splashtop Enterprise we needed a minimum of 2 operators, one at the main plant and one in the field for certain tests. The Operations maintenance can now troubleshoot by themselves, making it a time and cost-saving tool for the Company.
- Cuts operations cost. Less operators required for minor checks.
- Accessible wherever there is internet.
- Fast and secure. Operator controls who can access the system.
- There are no issues for the way we use the system and the features are very good.
- Prevented operators who live far from the plant from driving in, on average 3 to 4 times a year, saving fuel in company vehicles and reducing call-out times by half.
Splashtop Enterprise has met our needs and seems to have been very secure and has enabled us to keep control of accessibility to our system.
