Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
I have provided this product to my customers as a reseller so they are able to access their computers while at home as well as I have used it on numerous occasions for my clients requiring IT services via remote support
- Fairly simple access for clients
- When a client is sent an SOS request, make that download and installation Simpler for older customers
- The price point is fairly reasonable compared to the lakes of TeamViewer, log me in, and fast support.
- User interface is fairly simple as well
Disappointing part… All my support requests had to be handled via email and could take two days more to reply.
