Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
It is used to remotely access main desktop computer at office to manage daily operations while out of office and on the road. Currently it's only being used by myself. The use of Splashtop enables me to access my work online that I need to open on the office computer in real time. The info I access remotely would not be able to be addressed if I waited to return to the office as it's time-sensitive and will no longer be available unless I open the webpages I need right away.

- Possibly having the keypad automatically open when attempting to enter into in next field box.
- Helps me to keep up with real time work while out in the field / mobile.
- Having this remote access let's me get right back to where I need to be upon returning to my office to continue my work without missing a beat.
Security isn't really a major concern for my use. But I'm happy and feel good knowing that Splashtop's security protocols are in place to protect users on their platform.
It's was very straight forward and easy to install and set up. Accessing remotely is a breeze. I am very pleased with Splashtop and will continue to utilize their remote service. I really think Splashtop beats other competitor's services that provide similar.
