Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
I used Splashtop Enterprise's remote access to access my desktop at my office to review patient charts from the convenience of my home. It help me better provide care for my patients, especially for emergencies.
- Reliable.
- Easy to use.
- Convenient.
- Occasional issues with network connection.
- Lags a little bit.
- Allows me to prepare charts from the convenience of my home.
- Allows me to stay safe so I don't have to stay in the office by myself to get things done later in the evening.
- Allows me to be thorough and meticulous.
Two-factor authentication is not yet set up for my version, but it would be nice.
Overall great experience, and with help, I was able to get it set up and running fairly quickly. Would recommend it to other dentists.
