Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

We use Splashtop Enterprise for remote access to local computers when traveling and from home offices. This is especially useful for sites with sensitive DNS requirements and/or licensing tied to physical locations.

I have only contacted Splashtop one time via their app, and the answer was received within an hour.
We do not use Splashtop Enterprise for customer support. We use it to transfer large files and appreciate that those transfers are secure.
First, you need to define "Onboarding." "Onboarding is the process by which a new employee is assimilated into the work culture, get's the training required to do their task, and can function independently in the new atmosphere." So moving that to the tech world, I assume you are asking how long it took from downloading the app until one is up and running. Not long as I remember, since it was 3-years ago, I have no bad memories!
Yes - TeamViewer - was too expensive.

First, it's the best deal cost-wise in the marketplace. I have used TeamViewer in the past before latching onto Splashtop Enterprise, and Splashtop Enterprise saves my company lots of money. I've used Splashtop Enterprise from remote locations in Europe and Australia with flawless results.

One feature that I wish they had was the ability to set the screen resolution for the second monitor to automatically match the resolution settings of the first screen in multiple monitor setups.
