Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

Splashtop Enterprise is affordable and extremely useful for remotely accessing my work computer from home, especially during these Covid times. The software has been very reliable at both ends. I love the feature that lets you transfer files from the client PC to the host PC. Overall I highly recommended this software. It has changed the way we work at our company.

I haven't really needed to contact Splashtop since the software has been very straightforward and reliable. I did exchange a few emails with their customer service at the beginning regarding a little typing lag, but they always replied very quickly. Now I know that it's easy to contact Splashtop if I experience any errors.
It's a really good feature that Splashtop implements various security features, such as two-factor authentication, encryption, and device verification. It gives us peace of mind any time we remotely connect to our office computers. These security features are fairly straightforward and not annoying. Overall we feel secure using Splashtop.
Our Splashtop onboarding experience was overall very smooth and quick. We were able to read the instructions and download the required software from their website. It was quite simple for us to set up our accounts and both software programs (host PC and client devices) thanks for the straightforward instructions.

Splashtop Enterprise is great during these covid days when you can work from home instead of having to go to the office. And with gas prices rising, it's also convenient to accomplish some work from home without commuting to work. In addition, you spend less time in traffic and more time working at home.
