Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
Our team went remote with two laptops right before COVID. Splashtop allows me to constantly check in and assist the team since we are no longer in an office environment. We use it for around 28 machines. We plan on expanding to mobile (iPads) soon. I can remote in within 30 seconds of an employee asking for assistance. And I can keep their "other" machine updated while they work on their main machine so they can quickly switch back and forth in case of a serious technical issue. All they have to do is power the machine on. The employees like it because they don't have to do anything except for powering a machine on - all the work is streamlined into IT.
- Remoting into Desktops in 2 to 3 clicks
- Being lightweight in terms of software
- Providing some generic logs that can be checked against detailed logs
- Local network access is as fast as it can be
- It's so much cheaper than the competitors while providing the same service
- Web log in, streaming instead of only using an app. i have multiple IT machines that i go back and forth from. i don't have it installed everywhere
- Adding in some automation services
- I would pay an additional $50 per year for more detailed logs.
- We saved thousands of dollars and hundreds hours by not having to drive around the country. For $300 I can manage everything from a central location in Washington, D.C.
- During COVID-19 when employees were concerned about interaction, Splashtop allowed the IT team to engage with employees quickly, easily, and safely.
I didn't realize Splashtop had device verification and 2FA for logging in? If someone could reach out to me and describe this setup that would be great
It was excellent. The team at Splashtop were pros and I was genuinely surprised by their price offering, especially compared to Teamviewer and Logmein.
Yes - Teamviewer, Teams, Logmein, VNC, TightVNC. All were too much to deal with especially TightVNC and RealVNC.

Evaluating Splashtop Enterprise and Competitors
- Price
- Product Features
- Product Usability
I didn't know Splashtop existed until research. I was using Teamviewer and RealVNC and TightVNC - Moving to splashtop streamlined a lot of my workload.
The splashtop website is a little confusing and I'm a pro. They need to have a simpler website and clearer options.
Splashtop Enterprise Implementation

Change management was minimal - Guys, come on the only people using Splashtop Enterprise are pros. We know how to use stuff like this.
