Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

I use it to access information on my desktop when I am away from the office. Being able to transfer files from my desktop to my laptop, sometimes thousands of miles away is a godsend.

Pros

  • Allows transfer of files from one computer to another.
  • Allows one to review files on a computer from a distance.

Cons

  • Sometimes the system seems to malfunction and one cannot transfer files from one computer to another.
  • I am frequently out of the office, whether traveling for pleasure or visiting a client. Splashtop allows me to access my desktop computer just as if I were sitting at my desk.
I have not had cause to use the support feature.
In truth, I have not paid attention to such features. However, as far as I can tell, my files are secure when using Splashtop.
I was able to use Splashtop immediately with little onboarding.

The ability of Splashtop to facilitate looking at files on a distant computer or even to transfer files from one computer to another is great.
