Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
Splashtop was a perfect solution when COVID hit and we needed to work remotely. We still use it occasionally if we need to log in remotely to get things done.

- The ability to continue workflow is invaluable.
- The value for the subscription is great.
Security is sufficient. We have had no issues. I don't recall needing 2-step verification. Perhaps we can turn on this feature.

Yes - We tried Remote PC but were not happy with the service for that price they were charging.

The promo discount definitely drew me in, but the features are what we needed through COIVD and now beyond that keeps us productive even when we need to work remotely.
I might look for more options ot see what's out there. We could no longer justify GoToMyPC due to pricing and we quickly chose the first 2 products we found--Splashtop and RemotePC. Splashtop was clearly the superior value and interface, but I usually like to do extremely thorough research before jumping into any new product.
