We use it to remote in to control computers. Having this access remotely is important.
- Updates - always have the current version available
- Product usage - simple and easy to use
- Uptime - never have to worry if the product will be available or not
- I have no suggestions for improvement at this time.

- Security of building by locking or unlocking doors remotely
