Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
I use the Splashtop remote access to do managerial tasks that come up when I am not at the store. I remotely log in to my back office to change prices on items through my POS system. When I am out of town especially is when this comes in handy for me as there are certain tasks only I can do.
- Mobile phone connection (iphone)
- I found that trying to right-click and copy text and paste into another screen or program was difficult but I did figure it out after searching on Youtube. Maybe implement some training videos for mobile phone use.
- Positive impact because I can do tasks while away from the business.
I am happy with the security, I am not at a high-level use with the product but for my intended purpose, I believe it is secure enough!
Very quickly, I was able to just pay for my membership and download the app and start!
