Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

We use Splashtop across the organization to access PC and Macs from within the store to support the team over a headset. We also use Splashtop to remote in to support our managers when we are off-site as well as to be able to get work done from home on one of our POS systems.
  • We can blank the screen if we are dealing with confidential info on the screen, or not blank it when we are just supporting a user on that screen.
  • We can pull up multiple screens at the same time, which is great for doing things like running Windows Updates across all systems.
  • It just works...never had an issue, and we use it daily!
  • Easy to transfer files between machines.
  • Would like it to be easier to create a custom logo screen without having to go into the registry. It works but could have been easier to set up.
  • Before Splashtop, when our managers ran into a problem, our only solution was to drive in to the store. Now, an hour fix has turned into a 5 minute fix.
Splashtop is intuitive enough, that we have never needed to contact support.
We were able to get up and running immediately. Download, install and use!
Yes - Our franchisor and POS support used LogMeIn and TeamViewer to support us. We tried using them at first, but found Splashtop to be a better price and had all the features we were looking for!

Splashtop is great, especially when you have a PC-based POS system that has no online access. It's also well-suited for supporting team members. It's great for both local (pc to pc) access as well as off-site access.
