Overall Satisfaction with SpringCM

We have been using SpringCM for about two years now within our sales organization. It is our primary contract management tool.
  • Upload feature.
  • SpringCM dashboard for seeing your tasks.
  • Email notifications.
  • Not user intuitive.
  • Unreliable - crashes and you don't know if your contract was sent to the client.
  • SpringCM has allowed us to generate thousands of contracts but it has greatly slowed our process down.
I was not apart of the decision-making process for SpringCM. My assumption is that it does not stack well up against Apptus.
I am constantly experiencing issues with SpringCM.

SpringCM is well suited for contract management but it does a poor job and causes more frustration than help as a user of the software.
