- Fast download of real time entries.
- The possibility of applying detailed categorization.
- The possibility of applying detailed sentiment of messages.
- The possibility of sending the NPS survey.
- Sentiment - should be more visible, less clicks.
- Status changes when user is log out - repair bug.
- Sometimes we have problems with incurring cases.
