We basically use it for handling our social media and communication. In addition, we use it for our research as well as competitor research and analysis. We use it to track competitor activity as well as their mentions. Also, it helps in preparing the overall report and analysis of our marketing efforts.

It's more suitable when your company has a lot of social media activity and your customers reach you across platforms, so it makes managing them easier as well as better to reach them out. If your activity isn't that much, then buying it won't be much fruitful for your organisation.
