Overall Satisfaction with Sprinklr Modern Research

Sprinklr was used as the main tool for listening to our brand as well as a competitor on Social Media. We utilize Sprinklr to track share of voice, sentiment, social media page performance, and to respond the customer question about our apps. It's also helped us to track the issue of our brand that happened on social media

The Sprinklr Modern Research was a very sophisticated tool. It can fetch all the conversations around social media with the keyword we set up. This is very helpful for us to track the brand as well as competitor position in terms of share of voice. But since it's a very advanced tool, the user also needs to have skilled tech skill. At least know how to operate the listening tools since it's not UX friendly
