Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social

We use Sprout Social to manage the social media accounts for our company as well as our clients. The tools allow us to stay on top on social trends and they have excellent reporting tools for us to share with our clients. The main reason we made the switch to Sprout Social was the reporting.
  • Their reporting is excellent.
  • It's easy to use for multiple accounts.
  • It's not free but it is reasonably priced.
  • They have excellent customer service.
  • The platform layout isn't that exciting.
  • No freemium model can make it a tough sell to clients.
  • Sprout has easily allowed us to demonstrate the value of social media to our clients.
  • They make it easy for us to manage many accounts in one place.
Although I enjoyed the layout and features of HootSuite, when it came to reporting and creating reports (proving ROI) for our clients, Sprout Social is much better.

I believe where Sprout Social stands out is in their reporting process. They provide accurate, detailed reports included with your monthly fee, where others charge for reporting. They have made it easy for us to create reports on a regular basis and share them with our clients. It provides a professional, easy to read look and feel.

I enjoy the product. Sprout Social is easy to use, has great customer service and above all else, excellent reporting features.
