Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In my role as Assistant Director, Alumni Marketing and Communications at the Harvard Business School, I use Storify on a weekly basis to capture our social media activity on Twitter. I wouldn't say it solves a problem. Rather, it provides us with a great opportunity to better engage with our alumni.

Pros and Cons

Provides a way to chronicle engagement in a linear fashion
Is a great way to display user-generated content.

There are times when the site is down and this can be problematic.

Return on Investment

It's been very positive since it helps expand our reach even further amongst our alumni.

Alternatives Considered

None. I came across it a few years ago and didn't feel any need to switch to another platform.

It's just been a great way to capture conversations and such that occur over many hours, even days.
