Overall Satisfaction with Submittable

People send their contest submissions to us through Submittable. It adds to our legitimacy.
  • Keeps all submissions in one place.
  • Answers questions quickly.
  • Wants users to succeed.
  • I'd love to see the newsletter with opportunities for writers come back.
  • Maybe it's just getting more sophisticated, but I have some trouble updating contests.
  • Maybe have a way for us to endorse other people's services and products?
  • No investment involved other than a minimal contest fee.
Sometimes I have trouble finding things, especially with the frequent changes. I did not grow up in the tech world, so the problem could be me and not the site. I probably have digital needs I don't even know about.

It's great for contest submissions. I've never tried having people submit questions that way, but that might work too.
