Overall Satisfaction with Submittable
We use Submittable to manage our grant making processes - applications, communications, review and award, evaluation and reporting. We also have plans to use Submittable to manage a scholarship program we host at the foundation.

- The Home Screen for reviews can look a little bit busy depending on how many applications you have and how many tags you have created
- Streamlined workflows
- Increased transparency for all staff and reviewers
We are too early in our implementation to tell, but we have brought in guest reviewers for participatory review panels and those people have indicated that they appreciated having access to a tool like Submittable. This contributed to overall stronger relationships with those people and the organizations/communities they represent.
Submittable is much easier to use and easier to set up. It is streamlined and accessible versus Fluxx which felt like a juggernaut.
