BRG is a market research firm. We have used SurveyMonkey to gather data for small-scale surveys where the target audience is the client's customers/members and e-mail addresses are available.
  • SurveyMonkey allows users to easily monitor responses to survey questions while the survey is fielding.
  • SurveyMonkey saves previous surveys which makes it especially convenient for tracking surveys.
  • Non-responders can be easily identified for sending follow-up invitations.
  • Most appropriate for relatively simple surveys with few skip patterns since they cannot be programmed.
  • The impact on ROI is positive since it allows us to program surveys and run data tabulations in house.
It depends on the types of studies we're conducting.
