We are satisfied with their services so far, they only need include a live support in their site.

They have articles on their page that are likely to address any issue that a user may have and incase you need extra help every article page has a link that directs you to contact support. However some users in lower plans may not be eligible for phone support and they include this information in their contact page where a user can check whether they are eligible or not.
