Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We're currently using it weekly to survey our new hires about their experience. This provides us with valuable insight into what's happening with our new hires, and also provides us with the ability to see trends in their experiences. We also will use adhoc to survey the rest of our company. It provides a trustworthy and confidential way to run surveys.

Google Forms

SurveyMonkey is easier to customize and provides much more in depth analytics. SurveyMonkey also provides better templates providing us with a better presentation to our employees. SurveyMonkey also comes with a more trustworthy platform that ensures confidentiality, which is incredibly important to our employees and means we're getting more reliable results from the surveys.

SurveyMonkey is incredibly simple to use, each step is laid out clearly and precisely. They also provide templates that make the creation of surveys easier. They provide the analytics in a clear, easily manipulated way, along with several exporting options that make integrating the analytics into presentations simple.

Support Rating

I have never had to use SurveyMonkey support. Their directions are so clearly laid out that I have no need for any further guidance.

Likelihood to Recommend

SurveyMonkey is perfect when we want to ensure that employees can provide honest confidential feedback; when we've used other free providers in the past, they do not always feel confident that their identities are being withheld. SurveyMonkey is also perfect for when you want to be provided with graphics about the data you've received, this saves you time from having to do so manually. I cannot think of a time when it's not appropriate to use SurveyMonkey.
