The tool is free, but we selected SurveyMonkey because we were able to easily pull the data and do the analysis.

Usability

It was the first real survey tool I used in my career, and it has the tools I am most familiar with and need for most of my projects.

The follow-up is good with support.

We had a very good experience with our employee engagement. We also have good ease of use with any training feedback. It was a bit of a challenge on the data analysis with customers.
