Overall Satisfaction with SurveyMonkey Apply (formerly FluidReview)
We use SurveyMonkey Apply to review applications for our startup accelerator. The SurveyMonkey Apply platform has expanded on our ability to do several things: streamline the data analysis from applications on the backend, manage external reviewers from one central platform, and communicate with applicants from the site. With the program templates being so easy to manage, we only had to go through the setup process once and now we can use it seamlessly from year to year.

SurveyMonkey Apply has a much better user experience and is easy to navigate so that there was not much reliance on customer service reps to handle the program buildout and maintenance. SurveyMonkey Apply also has better data export capabilities, and we were able to design the application and secondary application in a way that made sense and met our objectives.
