Overall Satisfaction with SurveyMonkey Apply (formerly FluidReview)
I have used SurveyMonkey Apply in for application tracking. Using this software is awesome because it is such a time saver with its automation and customization. With a high volume of applications, you are able to manage it at a much easier level. It was recommended by a former colleague, and I am so grateful for that.

- Customization in General.
- You need to watch a few tutorial videos to really understand the software before using it.
- Creating your own reports takes time.
- Customization can take time as well.
- Customized Reports.
- Assigning Tasks within the company (can even do automatically).
- Application tracking.
- Allows the employees to not need to focus added time on the application process, and frees up time to be used elsewhere.
- A little learning curve, but that comes with any added software.
