Overall Satisfaction with Symantec VIP
Symantec VIP is a necessity in working in this company. From logging in to my company email to logging in to the chat software, we are using it. It serves as an additional security every time we use the company email address. We are mandated to download the Symantec VIP on our personal phones and we can approve that we are logging in to our company email address on the specific device that we are working on. It enhances the security of using the company email and lessens the risk of someone illegally using the email and password that a certain employee has.

- Increase company security.
- Tracking the employee's device behavior.
- Easy and straightforward UI for the users.
- Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (Discontinued)
Azure Multi-Factor Authentication is now discontinued, hence, making the Symantec VIP used in the company. Symantec has a better UI which makes the user see straight forward interface in terms of getting the code or approving the login. It also has a mobile app which we mostly use in the company but I have not tried the Azure mobile app (not sure if they have one).
