Overall Satisfaction

  • Synthesio is great at timely feedback and is always there to answer any questions.
  • The data is pretty clean and not filled with a ton of spam.
  • If you're in a DIY dashboard, the amount of data can sometimes be an issue. Meaning, there's areonly so many conversations you can pull back.
  • Increased brand awareness, perception and overall campaign progress.
Synthesio is a great tool, but it is expensive. We are unsure what our 2014 budget will support at the moment. We understand the value of the this tool and tools like it, so we would like to continue our relationship with Synthesio. Our Synthesio team has always been very accommodating.
