Overall Satisfaction with TalentLMS
I used TalentLMS to build an online version of a professional development course I created for teachers. I was then able to sell the course online as a self-directed study.
- supports various content types (text, images, media, etc).
- has robust support for membership levels
- Course management felt overly complex. Moving units around was difficult.
- User management, particularly the funnel process of moving site visitors through the purchase process was difficult to use.
- I was easily able to sell my course.
- Those sales quickly more than made up for the investment in the software.
- Canvas and Schoology
TalentLMS ran in WordPress which allowed me to very easily integrate my courses into my existing website and brand the entire thing.
