I implemented Taleo at a few different companies starting with 7.5 versions then upgrading along the way, currently using 12.0. I have been the facilitator on the front end and back end to include training. I find it to be a multi task ATS and user friendly, partnering with various departments within each organization from IT, Payroll, Training, and HR.

- Selected mutliple applicants to send template letters
- Shared applicants with other recrutiers or HR members
- Profiles shared via email with hiring manager's they do not have to log into Taleo
