Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

I love the reporting feature. [Talkdesk] gives several different options to watch real-time numbers and address issues right away. Plus it's easy to use. There are so many different options and different things you can do. Which is great for keeping track of data and speaking what is needed and what's not.

I gave this rating because I feel that [Talkdesk] is a great company and concept overall. I have had my ups and downs with it working properly but it had helped us do very important work. We have a better system in place overall because of the features [Talkdesk] offers.
I cant really speak on the speed. It does seem to slow down a bit when we have a mass number of callers. But it does offer several different lines to switch between so we are not over ran during deployments. Reporting feature helps you monitor and control that part.
[Talkdesk] helps me everyday be successful and those who count on me to be successful. It's easy to use and very versatile. Every day I need to pull reports and run activations. It there to support me and offers many different things I can use to be successful.

Talkdesk is well suited for corporate America. It is detailed and versatile for everyday business needs. It helps our company deploy nurses every day to emergency situations. Offering many lines and reports to efficiently run a successful activation. With so many features it is one of our best tools.
