Overall Satisfaction with Talkwalker

We use Talkwalker as a social listening and insight tool. It helps us monitor what is being said about our company and what type of sentiment is being discussed in terms of our work. We find it very helpful when developing content and when we need to know and learn more about the market we are in.

Sprout Social seemed like a really great tool, but a lot of the features on Talkwalker were more what we were looking for in terms of reporting and the deeper listening software available. Social listening seemed more new to Sprout Social so we wanted a product with more experience. They have a great product as well, but Talkwalker was our eventual selection.
They are very helpful, but can sometimes be a little too quick and not explain things in as great a depth as we would like. They have great staff and programs, and we don't really have any other major complaints. Support is very responsive and helpful when need be.

Talkwalker can be used in a lot of different scenarios. We are often featured in the press so it can help with that and what the response is from others whom we would not normally see. We can have a deeper understanding of our market and what the community or audience needs or wants to hear from us.
