Tawk.to is used as our web chat platform. Its used by our customer service teams for any online inquiries
- The "freemium" version is very good
- Reliable
- Easy to use
- Quick to set up
- Mobile compatibility issues at times with the chat icon too large and obstructing page features for users. No ability to customise this within our site.
- Hard to gauge, but at a minimum positive ROI
