Overall Satisfaction with tawk.to
We use tawk.to daily for most of our contacts. All visitors to our website can join us to chat in the popup box which takes them straight to a tawk.to chat. It is used by both our existing and prospective students/customers. It is used across our whole business and it is the main source of both contacts and sales for our company.
Pros
- Being able to see what the contact is typing before they send is great as it allows time to prepare your answer.
- The whisper function is invaluable for keeping colleagues updated and giving staff training.
- The 'Ban' function is great for quick action when you have a nuisance contact.
Cons
- It would be great to be able to quickly access pre-prepared responses directly from tawk.to.
- It would be great to be able to link directly to email so you can send templates to contacts.

- The visibility of the query before it's sent.
- Very positive, despite other forms of marketing, it remains our best source of contacts and therefore sales.
We use HubSpot for most of our sales and marketing and it's highly effective. However, the chat function doesn't allow communication between staff during chats that tawk.to offers.
