Overall Satisfaction with Tealium Customer Data Hub
We are still as an organization working on how Audience Stream Fits in. We are still currently working on wiring the tool and getting Omi data to flow bi-directionally
- It is integrated in our site seamlessly since it runs off of our tealium data layer
- Easy integration with our target testing platform
- The interface. I know the tool is not meant for reporting, but the ability to do more data discovery would be very helpful while trying to make segments.
- The tool is so new that the documentation is limited. I am a learn on my own type of person so the more documentation the better.
- We have been focusing on how we will use AudienceStream long term, but we have done a test that proved by knowing our users browse patterns, we can realize a 2% lift in sales for those segments.
- We also want to use audience stream to funnel user data to our in-store pos system, with over 1,000 stores it is important for us to reach customers across channels.
We looked at the Adobe solutions, Ensighten and Qubit, we choose Tealium because of value of having everything integrated. Plus we were an early adopter of Tealium's tag management and I was pleased with how that tool has matured over the last 3 years.
