Overall Satisfaction with Tealium Customer Data Hub
Currently only the Analytics department is using it for its Web Tag Management purpose. It was mainly bought in to do web tagging without IT resources and free of IT release cycle. One another intent was to keep the web tagging process more organized since we were buying more and more tools like a testing tool, data management platform, etc
- Good user friendly templates for various web analytics tools
- Good technical support
- Instant updates when new tags are added
- Doumentation of difficult uses cases
- Saves on IT resource and time
- Speed to market, you can publish tags whenever you want
- For some organizations free tag managers might be enough
