Overall Satisfaction with Tealium Tag Management Suite
Prior to using Tealium, we would hardcode tags or use demandware cartridges. Tealium's tag management has simplified the deployment and tracking of our various tags.

- Built in support for more tags - to expand on this, I received a request to implement a Criteo cross-device tracking feature on Oct 30th (still not done on Nov 3), and there is no easy way to do this with the exiting tag in Tealium. I reached out to our Tealium team who is amazing, but it's typically a few weeks to have a new tag or feature implemented. With marketing, and during our holiday season, days without new fuctionality are days of lost revenue. It'd be nice if Tealium could coordinate with major tag vendors to have support as features are released.
