Overall Satisfaction with TeamSnap

We use TeamSnap to communicate with all the skiers, families of skiers, coaches and athletic directors in White Bear Lake. It makes communication of things, as well as calendar updates, simple, quick, and for a sport that is weather dependent, really easy to manage. It also deals with the different communication tools—text, email, and websites—all at once.
  • Change of venue, date, and time on the calendar.
  • Notify in real-time of any changes.
  • More tailored to specific sports.
  • Cut down on the types of messages.
  • Cut down on miscommunication.
  • Parents are way happier.
I have used Google Docs, regular email, and Remind, none of which have worked nearly as well. They all had flaws or were not set up for mass team communication, rather they were good for dispensing some information, but not everything needed to communicate with a large group of people.
Whenever I have had an issue it has been dealt with quickly and correctly. I haven't had any with functionality, rather with billing since I have to go through an athletic department. They were understanding, responsive and fixed the problem quickly without any major issues. The use of the app was not stopped.

I have already recommended the app to other coaches in the district. We have also talked about implementing the app for our section and conference. Due to the volatile nature of our sports schedule, the quick and easy communication tool is invaluable. Also, the ability to send to multiple people on the same account is super slick.
