Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We use Teamviewer to access remote and local PCs to fix and troubleshoot problems that staff can have. Users that have a problem can simply open a ticket or call us and our IT department can remotely access their PCs to fix the problems they can have. We also use Teamviewer to do routine maintenance when the PCs are not in use.
- Offers the possibility of providing remote support.
- Offers a portable version.
- Runs on a wide variety of Operating Systems.
- The remote client and the local client must have the same major version installed otherwise Teamviewer doesn't let you connect.
- Licensing is a little expensive.
- Cut the response time when a support ticket is opened.
