Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
When a client would call me and need help with their computer I use TeamViewer to easily connect to their machine. It allows me to see the configuration of their machine-like firewall, disk space usage, Anti Virus status, and if the OS is up to date. TeamViewer also allows me to transfer files to their machine to restore backup files they requested. TeamViewer is my go to remote access solution.

- The constant updates that I have to do to keep versioning of remote client and support client.
- Sometimes the remote TeamViewer Client doesn't start when Windows starts.
- TeamViewer has been used by some bad actors to scam people. I think TeamViewer could be a bit better at mitigating this.
- TeamViewer is critical for supporting paying customers.
- The business licensing is a bit expensive but it's worth it if you have enough business coming in via remote access.
- TeamViewer has had a positive impact on my business and has allowed me to offer proactive remediation.
I'm very comfortable with TeamViewer and I've used them for a long time. I moved from LogMeIn before and I moved to TeamViewer because of the ease of use that TeamViewer provided. The customer facing experience for TeamViewer was also a big factor as to why I chose TeamViewer over the others.
