Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

TeamViewer is a great product. I have used it personally to connect to other computers to transfer files or conduct screen-share or remote viewing sessions. This is the tool I used to ensure that I could still get into my system when working from offsite, a remote location or from home.
  • The ability to transfer files.
  • Able to connect anytime.
  • Supports dual monitor, lock the screen, show black screen.
  • Ability to chat with a user during a remote session.
  • Expensive licensing.
  • Keeps me connected from anywhere.
  • Increased productivity.
TeamViewer is more efficient and reliable to use. Also, its connectivity to a remote desktop is faster than LogMeIn Pro.

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of TeamViewer go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy TeamViewer again?

Yes

The ability to quickly connect to the remote users and locations to provide support was essential. TeamViewer is easy to install and deploy in multiple devices, in 5 minutes you can download and get started with remote control.
The security features of TeamViewer, including single sign-on, two factor authentication and HIPAA compliance SOC 2 certification keeps the connection secured. TeamViewer includes encryption based on RSA private-/public key exchange and AES (256 bit) session encryption. This technology is based on the same standards as https/SSL and is considered completely safe by today’s standards.
It's well suited when one needs to work from a remote location without being physically present where the system is housed.

TeamViewer Security and Support

No, I don't have premium support for TeamViewer.
TeamViewer assists companies with their HIPAA and PCI compliance requirements. Two factor authentication adds an additional security layer to protect TeamViewer accounts from unauthorized access. With two factor authentication, additionally to username and password, a code generated on a mobile device is needed to sign in to a TeamViewer account. The code is generated via the time-based one-time password and protected by SRP and thus perfectly safe against man in the middle attacks.
TeamViewer includes encryption based on 4096 RSA private/public key exchange and AES (256-bit) session encryption. This technology is based on the same standards as https/SSL and meets today’s standards for security. The key exchange also guarantees full client-to-client data protection.
