Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
I use normally TeamViewer to assist my customers every day. It is simple and very useful. I have many customer's folders and in every folder, I put VMs Server connection.

LogMeIn is very complete software but it is very expensive.

The connection with clients is more secure because an SSL connection is established. So when I need to manage a remote client I do not worry to supply to the final user an user and password but I can manage remote client with a simple click. So user do not write password around the office.
