Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

I use normally TeamViewer to assist my customers every day. It is simple and very useful. I have many customer's folders and in every folder, I put VMs Server connection.

LogMeIn is very complete software but it is very expensive.
For normal needs I prefer TeamViewer

TeamViewer helped our organization to connect to customers from remote in their office and also when users was in smart working.
We use two factor authentication for connect to the web console
In my opinion Teamviewer is very useful for managing remote server of the customers instead to establish a vpn client session. It's good for users assistant too. It is not appropriate if you need to give assistance in a productive environment where the PC move machinery like robots and where fo move it in security, the operator should approve the connection for exclude human presence near robots.

TeamViewer Security and Support

No I do not have premium support
The connection with clients is more secure because an SSL connection is established. So when I need to manage a remote client I do not worry to supply to the final user an user and password but I can manage remote client with a simple click. So user do not write password around the office.
yes, absolutely, teamviewer help me every day in my job for assist customers and user easily and in a easy way. I can helpuser in everywhere and every time they need. So the answare is yes, if I redo the purchasing process, I buy teamviewer again. For me, money well spent.
