Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

The platform allows us to do remote support for our organization members. We do not, to this date, provide external IT services.
  • Generate remote assistance environments
  • General remote interaction features
  • Organization wide device management
  • Establishing and maintaining sessions in an easier way
  • Simplified radically our management of organization devices (both owned and BOYD)
  • Cost reduction on IT support
TeamViewer as a more complete set of features that allow a more comprehensive, unified management of our equipment.

Do you think TeamViewer delivers good value for the price?

Are you happy with TeamViewer's feature set?

Did TeamViewer live up to sales and marketing promises?

Did implementation of TeamViewer go as expected?

Would you buy TeamViewer again?

The deployment and management of the app across our entire ecosystem (fixed and mobile) was easy and without hitches worth mentioning.
We have deployed both SSO and 2FA on our implementation and both work smoothly.
For any remote intervention needs, TeamViewer just does the job. For the time being, we haven't observed any scenario where the app was not appropriate. Usual scenarios for us are troubleshooting technical issues on our staff's devices.

Evaluating TeamViewer and Competitors

Yes - VNC was our first option (which we used for quite some time).
Upon testing TeamViewer we slowly moved into adopting it in essence because the available features and the global device management made it easier to provide remote assistance.
  • Price
  • Product Features
  • Product Usability
While price wasn't necessarily a factor, it indeed helped making the transition from our precious solution.
The most important part for us was both features and usability. The set of tools offered by TeamViewer was neatly superior and the product was was so simple to use that migration went like a breeze.
We are happy with our evaluation process. We wouldn't change any of it.

Using TeamViewer

In general the interface is clear and easy to use. We haven't experienced noticeable problems in this area. The presentation of the menus, devices and steps to follow to establish a connection are all quite clear and well organized.

Yes - In general the app (Android) works well although it's not the most suitable environment for a good remote maintenance experience (which is solely a limitation due to the characteristics of mobile devices).
